EMI/RFI Gasketing and Shielding

Applications:

Environmental Seals
Typically, conductive filled elastomers are utilised where close fitting surfaces require sealing against weather etc.


EMI Gasketing
When panels or doors with variable gap width require to be treated, Encapsulated Foam gaskets are utilised. These gaskets are self terminating, flexible, durable and require a low closure force to be effective.


Shielding
Shielding panels, boxes or cages can be produced by laminating Copper or Aluminium foils to Insulation substrates such as polyester or polyimide film. These can then be die-cut and if necessary, formed to shape, to suit the application.
