DIE-CUTTING
 The comprehensive selection of specialist production machinery installed includes reciprocating and rotary die-cutting presses for the manufacture of packaging, gaskets, seals, and die-cut and "kiss-cut" components in a wide range of sealing, noise control, shock/vibration absorbing, electrical insulating and RFI/EMI materials. In addition to cork, felt, foam, non-asbestos jointing, rubber and sponge, the proprietary materials that we die-cut include Kapton® , Lexan®, Mylar® , Nomex® , Poron® , Rubatex® , Schlegal® , Ultem® and Valox®. We specialise in the supply of self-adhesive die-cut components and process significant quantities of flame retardant materials, including those meeting UL94 HF-1 and Class "O" flammability specifications.
