For the manufacture of precision machined components in engineering plastics, typically sealing components, bearings and bushes, we have installed a range of CNC lathes. With this capacity we are able to satisfy a wide variety of production requirements - from prototype parts to volume manufacture. To facilitate deliveries we carry extensive stocks of fluoropolymers and high performance engineering plastics including PTFE, PPS (Ryton) and PEEK. The CNC machining techniques that we use have been developed to achieve close tolerances and to enable us to meet demanding industry specifications. |
